Jeremy Renner Strikes Settlement Deal with Estranged Wife
EXCLUSIVE
Jeremy Renner was finally able to put an end to the weirdest custody/support battle in recent memory ... his estranged wife has agreed to a settlement, which Jeremy was willing to do all along.
The settlement includes both custody and child support involving their 2-year-old daughter Ava.
Under the terms of the settlement ... Jeremy will share 50/50 custody with Sonni Pacheco. She'll get $13k a month for child support. She gets no spousal support -- the marriage lasted only 10 months and there was a prenup.
Sonni's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said in court Wednesday there could be more issues, but Jeremy's lawyer, Laura Wasser, rolled her eyes to the judge and said the case was fully resolved.

The Oscar nominated actor Jeremy Renner will pay child support for joint custody of daughter, but spousal support was not granted to Sonni Pacheco due to a pre-nuptial agreement.
Jeremy Renner and his soon to be ex-wife Sonni Pacheco bitter custody battle finally came to an end. the estranged parents have finally reached a custody settlement for their daughter Ava after allegations of foul play arising from both sides.
Renner will pay $13000 a month in child support. And the parents will share joint legal and physical custody of Ava according to the court documents obtained by E! News.
Jeremy Renner is an Oscar nominated actor while Sonni Pacheco is a Canadian model who immigrated to America after marrying Renner. Renner and Pacheco filed for divorce in December 2014 after just 10 months of marriage. The couple had a 2 years old daughter Ava and the battle for custody soon turned ugly, with nasty allegations arising from both parties.
Previously Pacheco had been after a large monthly support payment from Renner along with full custody of their daughter Ava. Pacheco had signed a prenuptial agreement before getting married to Renner.
And that agreement was used by Renner’s legal team to claim Pacheco had no right to seek spousal support now, which was granted by the judge. Renner on the other hand had always insisted on joint custody of Ava and had been doing so since the couple split.
The court papers also stated both Renner and Pacheco and their respective families will not make insulting remarks in front of their daughter Ava while she is present and they will both further refrain from arguing in Ava’s presence. The conditions are stipulated in the settlement filings along with the monthly stipend and Renner will also cover the full cost of Ava’s health care.
