Tuesday includes wide grip pull-ups, reverse grip cable pull-down, seated cable row, and chin-ups for his back. He does cardio exercises, dumbbells, squats, treadmill running, and dips during Wednesdays for his arms and legs. On Fridays, he defines his shoulders with military press, seated DB military press, side lateral raise, and frontal lateral raise. Thursday and Saturday are scheduled for rest.
His diet simply consists of clean and natural foods, including lean meat, fresh fruits, and vegetables.
